RAID: Shadow Legends Promo Codes For New Players – October 2026

RAID: Shadow Legends offers new-player Promo Codes from Plarium, allowing you to unlock Rare, Epic or Legendary Champions along with additional rewards. You can redeem only one new-player Code per account, within 3 days of registration, so choosing the right Champion matters.

The best pick depends on what you need first: Ultimate Galek and Mordecai bring HP Burn for Spider’s Den, Kael helps you move through the Campaign from day one, and Anax and Demytha pay off in Clan Boss teams. Compare each Champion’s strengths, as well as the rewards and expiration dates of each Promo Code below, then follow the redemption steps for PC, Android or iOS.

RAID: Shadow Legends Promo Codes For New Players

Each RAID: Shadow Legends new-player Promo Code grants one Champion and a starter resource package. All Promo Codes listed below were confirmed as active in Plarium’s Promo Code Tool as of October 21, 2026. The codes include three Rare Champions (Odachi, Kael and Coldheart), nine Epic Champions (Ultimate Galek, Mordecai, Anax, Ruella, Oboro, Miscreated Monster, Madame Serris, Uugo and Demytha) and one Legendary Champion (Harvest Jack). They differ mainly in which battles each Champion shines and how soon that Champion becomes useful.

Which Promo Code should you pick? Choose by goal:

• HP Burn and Spider’s Den: Mordecai or Ultimate Galek.
• Boss damage and debuffs: Anax or Ruella.
• Defensive or specialized support: Madame Serris, Odachi or Oboro.
• Immediate Campaign progression: Harvest Jack, Miscreated Monster or Kael.
• Long-term Clan Boss or Dungeon teams: Uugo, Demytha or Coldheart.

Since only one new-player code can be redeemed per account, decide which Champion fits your plans before registering.

Best RAID Promo Codes For New Players – Which Starter Code Should You Choose?

The best RAID: Shadow Legends starter Promo Code depends on the role your team needs most. The recommendations below explain when each Champion becomes useful, which battles they shine in and when another Code may be a better choice.

Choose a role, not a Rarity. Your starter Champion is usually your first damage dealer, and an early team needs more than damage: a Support, a Champion that lowers enemy Defense, and crowd control. Pick the promotional Champion that fills the gap your starter leaves. Champion Rarity alone does not determine how useful a Champion will be. Skills, team composition and the battles you want to complete matter more when choosing a new-player Promo Code. Coldheart, for example, is Rare and still stays relevant against Dungeon Bosses & the Demon Lord Clan Boss.

Kael or Demytha? Kael speeds up your first weeks, and Demytha adds the most value as your Clan Boss teams develop. Choose GETKAEL if you want to move through the Campaign quickly and lack a strong damage dealer. Choose GETDEMYTHA if your starter already covers damage and you are planning for steady Clan Boss rewards.

How to read “Useful From”: These stages are our editorial guidance on when each Champion starts to pay off, not fixed progression thresholds.

Stage	Meaning
Day 1	Useful immediately with a basic starter team
Early Game	Helps once you begin building a functional team
Mid Game	Becomes more valuable as additional Champions, Gear and content unlock
Long-term	Particularly valuable in specialized teams that require specific compositions

What the rewards do: Each Code’s XP Brews match the Champion’s Affinity, so the Champion you claim levels up faster in your first days. Silver pays for almost every progression step. The six new Codes and GETJACK include 15 Greater Potions of the Champion’s Affinity, which are used for Ascension. The other six Codes include a Rank 4 Chicken instead, which is used as food when increasing a Champion’s Rank.

Best Starter Code for HP Burn Damage: Ultimate Galek

BORN2BURN is a RAID: Shadow Legends new-player Promo Code that unlocks Ultimate Galek, an Epic Magic Champion from the Orcs Faction built around AoE HP Burn debuffs. His A3 places HP Burn on all enemies when he has an Increase ATK buff, and his attacks can reduce the Turn Meter of enemies under HP Burn. That makes him a strong option for Spider’s Den, where many enemies take turns and each turn activates HP Burn damage.

When not to choose: when your team has no Champion that places Increase ATK on him. Without that buff, his A3 does not apply HP Burn, and in Auto battles he may not activate it on his own.

Availability: not redeemable in Belarus or Russia.

Best Starter Code for Reliable AoE HP Burn: Mordecai

BURNITUP is a RAID: Shadow Legends new-player Promo Code that unlocks Mordecai, an Epic Force Champion from the Sacred Order Faction who places HP Burn on all enemies and controls Turn Meter. Mordecai places HP Burn without needing to land a damaging attack, making him a consistent option for Spider’s Den teams. Successful debuff application still depends on the relevant skill conditions and Accuracy. His skills also boost allies’ Turn Meter, reduce enemies’ Turn Meter and increase allies’ ATK.

When not to choose: when you need a damage dealer. Mordecai deals direct damage only with his basic attack, so his value comes from debuffs and Turn Meter control rather than hits.

Availability: not redeemable in Belarus or Russia.

Best Starter Code for Poison and Clan Boss Damage: Anax

POISONPOWER is a RAID: Shadow Legends new-player Promo Code that unlocks Anax, an Epic Spirit Champion from the Undead Hordes Faction who stacks single-target debuffs: Decrease DEF, Decrease ACC, Poison and Weaken. That combination makes him a Clan Boss specialist, especially in Block Damage teams.

When not to choose: when you need to clear waves of enemies or build an Arena team. His debuffs focus on one target, so his strongest value is against Bosses.

Availability: not redeemable in Belarus or Russia.

Best Starter Code for Defensive Team Support: Odachi

ODACHICHI is a RAID: Shadow Legends new-player Promo Code that unlocks Odachi, a Rare Force Defense Champion from the Shadowkin Faction. His A3 places Block Debuffs on all allies for 1 turn and a 30% Increase DEF buff on all allies for 2 turns. His A2 attacks all enemies and shields him, and his basic attack has a chance to place Provoke on the target.

When not to choose: Odachi is better suited to protecting a developing team than dealing high damage. Choose another Code when your main goal is faster Campaign farming or a dedicated Arena damage dealer.

Best Starter Code for Single-Target Damage and Debuffs: Ruella

STRIKEFAST is a RAID: Shadow Legends new-player Promo Code that unlocks Ruella, an Epic Spirit Champion from the Sylvan Watchers Faction who combines single-target damage with debuffs. Her A2 hits one enemy three times with a chance to place Decrease DEF, Weaken and Decrease SPD. Her basic attack can steal Turn Meter on critical hits, and her A3 fills all allies’ Turn Meters and raises their critical rate. Her aura increases ally Accuracy in Dungeons, which makes her a strong pick for Fire Knight’s Castle.

When not to choose: when you need to clear waves quickly. Her attacks target one enemy, so she adds the most value against Bosses.

Availability: not redeemable in Belarus or Russia.

Best Starter Code for Specialized Hydra Damage: Oboro

OBOROBORO is a RAID: Shadow Legends new-player Promo Code that unlocks Oboro, an Epic Void Champion from the Shadowkin Faction valued mainly for Hydra. She deals consistent damage, can transfer her own debuffs to enemies, and her passive improves her survivability. Before your account reaches Hydra, her Void Affinity means no enemy has an Affinity advantage over her, so she can contribute damage in Campaign and Dungeon battles while your team develops.

When not to choose: when your only goal is fast early Campaign or Dungeon progress. Her strongest value is in Hydra, which new accounts reach later.

Best Starter Code for Fast Campaign Progression: Kael

GETKAEL is a RAID: Shadow Legends new-player Promo Code that unlocks Kael, a Rare Magic Champion and the top pick on this list for fast Campaign progress. His AoE attacks clear waves, and his Poison helps against early Bosses and the Clan Boss from day one.

When not to choose: when you already have a reliable AoE damage dealer and need support or crowd control instead.

Best Starter Code for Team Survivability: Miscreated Monster

GETMONSTER is a RAID: Shadow Legends new-player Promo Code that unlocks Miscreated Monster, an Epic Magic Champion suited to teams that keep falling in early Dungeons. His AoE attack has a chance to Stun enemies and shields your team based on the damage he deals, and his Ally Protection redirects part of the incoming damage to him.

When not to choose: when your team has no damage dealer yet. Protection alone does not clear Campaign Stages, so Miscreated Monster adds the most value next to a Champion like your starter.

Best Starter Code for Crowd Control: Harvest Jack

GETJACK is a RAID: Shadow Legends new-player Promo Code that unlocks Harvest Jack, a Legendary Spirit Champion built for crowd control. He applies True Fear to disrupt enemy actions, which makes him useful in Arena and other battles.

When not to choose: when your priority is clearing the Campaign faster. Disrupting enemies does not clear waves on its own; a damage dealer gets you there quicker.

Best Starter Code for Arena Debuffs: Madame Serris

GETMADAME is a RAID: Shadow Legends new-player Promo Code that unlocks Madame Serris, an Epic Void Champion who specializes in debuffs. She removes enemy buffs and applies Decrease ATK and Decrease DEF. That weakens opponents in Arena and PvE battles and covers the Decrease DEF role many early teams lack.

When not to choose: when your immediate need is Campaign farming damage. Her strength is weakening enemies so your damage dealers hit harder, not clearing Stages on her own.

Best Starter Code for Team Support: Uugo

GETUUGO is a RAID: Shadow Legends new-player Promo Code that unlocks Uugo, an Epic Magic Support Champion who combines healing, enemy debuffs and a conditional revive. If she is the last surviving ally, she can bring fallen Champions back, which is why she’s  highlighted as being perfect for Hydra Clan Boss. Her healing and debuffs also help earlier teams.

When not to choose: when you are missing a damage dealer. Support multiplies the damage your team already deals; it does not replace it.

Best Starter Code for Dungeon Bosses: Coldheart

GETCOLDHEART is a RAID: Shadow Legends new-player Promo Code that unlocks Coldheart, a Rare Void Champion and the strongest option on this list for Dungeon Bosses. Her signature skill deals damage based on the enemy’s MAX HP, which makes high-HP Bosses a good match, though her actual damage still depends on her build, the Boss’s Defense and the encounter. Her Void Affinity means no enemy has an Affinity advantage over her.

When not to choose: when your immediate priority is clearing early Campaign Stages. Coldheart needs a team that keeps her alive in Boss fights. For your first Campaign Stages, GETKAEL is the better fit.

Best Starter Code for Long-Term Clan Boss Teams: Demytha

GETDEMYTHA is a RAID: Shadow Legends new-player Promo Code that unlocks Demytha, an Epic Void Champion best suited to long-term Clan Boss teams. She provides Block Damage, buff extension and healing, making her valuable in specialized compositions, including many Unkillable teams. Her support skills also help before a full Clan Boss team is in place.

When not to choose: when you need a self-sufficient damage dealer for early progression. Demytha strengthens a team; she does not carry Campaign Stages on her own.

Where to Find Working RAID Promo Codes for New Players

This page lists only new-player Promo Codes that Plarium issues and checks before publishing. Other websites often list dozens of Codes with unclear status. Since you can redeem only one new-player Code, reliability matters more than list length.

Status	Meaning
Active	Confirmed as active in Plarium’s Promo Code Tool and available within the stated eligibility conditions
Expired	No longer valid because its end date has passed
Pending	Issued or announced, but not yet confirmed as active; not shown in the comparison table
