WHY USE EZIO AUDITORE IN RAID: SHADOW LEGENDS?

A Legendary Champion who arrived as part of the RAID x Assassin’s Creed limited-time global event, Ezio is one of five Champions from Assassin’s Creed to make their way into Teleria. Armed with his trademark arsenal of weapons and skills, he can dish out serious damage against waves of enemies and monstrous Bosses alike.

From the safety of Perfect Veil buffs, Ezio can place a wide variety of debuffs that cannot be resisted, steal buffs from his opponents, and ignore his enemy’s Defenses while dealing significant damage. He’s an excellent damage-dealer who can excel in most areas of RAID: Shadow Legends.

HOW TO GET EZIO AUDITORE IN RAID: SHADOW LEGENDS?

Ezio Auditore will be available to all players for free during the Ezio Chase Event. Simply open RAID: Shadow Legends on 7 different days between January 8th, 2026, and May 7th, 2026, to add him to your Collection. You must start the Ezio Chase by April 8th, 2026, to get him.

WHAT ARE EZIO AUDITORE’S SKILLS?

• Eagle Dive – Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 75% chance of placing a 60% Decrease DEF debuff for 2 turns. This debuff cannot be resisted if this Champion is under a Veil or Perfect Veil buff.
• Da Vinci’s Design – Attacks all enemies. Has a 75% chance of placing two 5% Poison debuffs and a 25% Poison Sensitivity debuff on all enemies for 2 turns. These debuffs cannot be resisted if this Champion is under a Veil or Perfect Veil buff. Instantly activates all Poison debuffs on enemies under 4 or more debuffs. If any enemies are under a Stone Skin buff, has a 75% chance of placing 2 Bomb debuffs that detonate after 2 turns on them instead. These debuffs cannot be resisted if this Champion is under a Veil or Perfect Veil buff. If all enemies are under a Stone Skin buff, decreases each Bomb debuff’s detonation countdown by 1 turn.
• Hidden Gun – Attacks 1 enemy. Before attacking, steals all buffs from the target. This effect cannot be resisted if this Champion is under a Veil or Perfect Veil buff. Will ignore 35% of the target’s DEF, as well as Shield and Strengthen buffs.
• Everything Is Permitted [P] – Whenever an enemy’s HP drops below 25% after receiving damage from any Assassin, they receive additional bonus damage proportional to this Champion’s ATK. This bonus damage will ignore 100% of the target’s DEF and cannot be critical.
• Full Synchronization [P] – Places a Perfect Veil buff on this Champion for 2 turns at the start of each Round. Whenever this Champion is about to receive damage that would exceed 50% of their MAX HP, has a 35% chance of decreasing the damage received to 0 instead. Whenever this Champion is attacked, also has a 35% chance of counterattacking.

Ezio Auditore also has an Aura that increases all allies’ Speed by 19% in all battles.

EZIO AUDITORE RECOMMENDATIONS

As long as Ezio has an ally on his team who can help keep him under Veil or Perfect Veil buffs, this master Assassin Champion can be a fine addition to any team as a primary damage-dealer. With mass debuff placement to either corrode an enemy’s HP with Poisons or blow them sky-high with Bombs if they’re foolish enough to hide behind Stone Skin buffs, Ezio is an excellent wave-clearing Champion to help you progress quickly to Boss battles.

MASTERIES

Being an Attack-type Champion, Ezio Auditore will benefit most from picking up lots of Masteries from down the left-hand side of the Offense Mastery Tree. You’ll want to pair these with some Support Masteries from the right-hand side of the Support Mastery Tree to help boost Ezio’s Accuracy. While the debuffs he places cannot be resisted if he’s under a Veil or Perfect Veil buff, these Masteries will help Ezio land his debuffs should he find himself without one of these valuable buffs.

Offense Masteries best for Ezio include Deadly Precision at Tier 1, Keen Strike and Heart of Glory at Tier 2, & Single Out and Life Drinker at Tier 3. From there, stay left and pick up Bring It Down to help Ezio tackle high-HP targets such as Bosses, and then Methodical at Tier 5 to increase Ezio’s damage output on his Eagle Dive skill each time it’s used. Finally, the Tier 6 Mastery depends on where you want to use Ezio the most.

If you plan to use him in PvE game modes such as the Dungeons, Doom Tower, Cursed City, or Grim Forest, then Warmaster is the best choice to help Ezio inflict lots of bonus damage. If you’re planning to use him in PvP settings such as the Arena, then Helmsmasher will grant Ezio a 50% chance to ignore 25% of his target’s Defense.

For the Support Masteries, we recommend picking up Pinpoint Accuracy at Tier 1, Charged Focus at Tier 2, and Swarm Smiter at Tier 3, all of which will offer increases to Ezio’s Accuracy to help him land debuffs if he’s not under a Veil or Perfect Veil buff. Couple those Masteries with Lore of Steel at Tier 4 to increase any Base Stat Bonuses from Gear that Ezio has equipped, and Master Hexer at Tier 5 to grant him a 30% chance to extend the duration of some debuffs he places.

GEAR

A Master Assassin requires the best Gear to ensure their missions are a success, and building Ezio Auditore in RAID: Shadow Legends is no different. We recommend equipping Ezio with Gear that boosts his damage by ignoring his enemy’s Defense – Sets such as Savage, Lethal, Cruel, and Merciless are perfect for this.

The 4-piece Savage Set lets the wearer ignore 25% of an enemy’s Defense and can be farmed from the Fire Knight’s Castle, while the 4-piece Lethal Set offers the same 25% Ignore Defense effect as well as an additional 10% Critical Rate; it can be crafted in the Forge using materials earned by defeating Astranyx the Dark Fae.

Two other options are Cruel and Merciless. The former is one of the most easily obtainable Gear Sets, earned by taking on the Demon Lord each day. It’s a 2-piece Set that grants the wearer a 15% Attack boost and lets them ignore 5% of their enemy’s Defense. Merciless is the best damage-dealing Gear Set currently available in RAID: Shadow Legends – it’s a Variable Set, meaning you get different bonuses depending on how many pieces you equip.

At the maximum of 9 pieces, the wearer will get +25% Attack, +30% Critical Damage, +10% Speed, a 30% chance to decrease a random skill’s cooldown by 1 turn when dealing damage, +35% Ignore Defense, and a 15% chance to get an Extra Turn – perfect for any damage-dealer like Ezio!

In terms of stats to prioritize, you’ll want to ensure Ezio’s Critical Rate is up to 100%, while getting his Critical Damage, Attack, and Speed as high as possible. You may want to consider some Accuracy in his build if you don’t have a Champion who can reliably place Veil or Perfect Veil buffs on him.

BLESSINGS

Once you’ve completed the Ezio Chase Event and awakened your latest Legendary Champion, you’ll need to choose a Blessing to take his power to the next level. There’s three we recommend; a pair of PvP-focused Blessings, and one that works across both PvE and PvP as a sort of hybrid.

First up is Soul Reap, a PvP-focused one that summons a Reaper to finish off any Champions whose HP is left below a certain threshold by an attack from a Champion with the Blessing. Should you choose to focus on utilizing Ezio’s Poison debuffs specifically in the Arena, then Lethal Dose is our second recommendation. It increases the damage enemies receive from Poison debuffs placed by a Champion with the Lethal Dose Blessing, meaning Ezio can drastically increase his damage output, especially as he also places a Poison Sensitivity debuff.

Lastly, there’s Nature’s Wrath, which increases the damage inflicted by a Champion with this Blessing for every debuff they successfully place, excluding debuffs placed by Gear Sets. Ezio can put out lots of debuffs with his skills, so it’s a valuable damage increase that can work across both PvE and PvP game modes.

EZIO AUDITORE TACTICS

Equipping Ezio Auditore with the right Gear, Blessings, and Masteries in RAID: Shadow Legends can unlock his true damage potential and enable this Master Assassin to wield his hidden blades in the name of justice. He’s a fantastic choice for almost any area of RAID: Shadow Legends, and will be a must-pick-up for new players and seasoned veterans alike.

DUNGEONS

Ezio’s second skill, Da Vinci’s Designs, is what makes him such a viable choice for many of the Dungeons that RAID: Shadow Legends has to offer. It attacks all enemies, placing Poison and Poison Sensitivity debuffs to quickly whittle down his enemies’ HP, and these debuffs can’t be resisted if Ezio is attacking from the safety of a Veil or Perfect Veil buff.

What makes Ezio so special is that he places a Perfect Veil buff on himself for 2 turns at the start of each Round, thanks to his Full Synchronization passive skill. These debuffs are also very good at taking down some of the Bosses as well, particularly Hellrazor the Dragon.

DOOM TOWER

For many of the same reasons as he excels in the Dungeons, Ezio Auditore is a fine choice for any team looking to quickly clear waves of the Doom Tower on their ascent to greatness. Placing those all-important Poison and Poison Sensitivity debuffs will help shred through enemy waves and get you to those Boss Floors quicker.

FACTION WARS

As a Champion from the Sacred Order Faction in RAID: Shadow Legends, Ezio can pair well with others to lead the team to victory. A fellow damage-dealer, Alice the Wanderer, can partner with Ezio to ensure that enemy Champions can’t use their skills to cleanse his Poison and Poison Sensitivity debuffs. Alongside other Champions such as Vault Keeper Wixwell and Iudex Artor, or even Epic Champions such as Inquisitor Shamael or Lightsworn, Ezio Auditore becomes a real force to be reckoned with.

EZIO AUDITORE TEAM COMBINATIONS

Even though Ezio Auditore boasts plenty of debuffs in his kit, he doesn’t need Accuracy to land them if he’s paired with an ally Champion who can keep him under Veil or Perfect Veil buffs. Instead, you can focus on buffing his attacking stats to ensure Ezio leaves no room for his foes to “requiescat in pace”.

Two great choices for placing Perfect Veil buffs are Duchess Lilitu and Glaicad of the Meltwater, Champions that can help unlock Ezio Auditore’s true potential as a Legendary Champion. Alongside these, you’ll need someone who can place Decrease Defense and Weaken debuffs on enemies to ensure Ezio is hitting as hard as he possibly can.

There are choices like Dracomorph and Lydia the Deathsiren, for those who have completed Faction Wars on Normal Mode, that can make a significant difference to Ezio Auditore’s performance. Finally, consider bringing a Champion who can place buffs on Ezio like Increase Attack, Increase C.DMG, Increase C. RATE and Increase Speed to make him go faster and hit harder.
