• Emerald Blast – Attacks 1 enemy with a 75% chance to remove 1 random buff. Also has a 75% chance to put a 25% Weaken debuff on the target for 2 turns.
• Windstorm – Has a 75% chance to place a 60% Decrease DEF & 50% Decrease ACC debuff on all enemies for 2 turns.
• Furious Tornado – Dorothy attacks all enemies, stealing all buffs from them and spreading them to all her allies. Also has a 75% chance to place a Stun debuff on all enemies for 1 turn. If Dorothy has any of her friends (Cowardly Lion, Tin Woodman or Scarecrow) on the same team, this skill has additional effects. With 1 friend, Dorothy can’t land a weak hit with this skill. With 2 friends, this skill can’t be put on cooldown. With 3 friends, this skill will ignore any enemy Polymorph Blessings.
• True Friend [P] – Whenever Dorothy dies, all allies team up and attack the enemy that killed her. Whenever Dorothy is revived, instantly activates her Furious Tornado skill. If you’re looking to enable Dorothy to also deal some damage against some of RAID’s biggest Bosses in PvE content, then you could try experimenting with the Offense Mastery Tree instead of the Defense Mastery Tree. If you’re wanting more damage, choose the 6* Warmaster Offense Mastery instead of Eagle-Eye from the Support Tree.
